Tell me a little about Jamaica
The beautiful island of Jamaica is filled with a people rich in history and heritage. Their culture is ‘laid back’, exemplifying the motto for which they are famous – “No problem, Mon!” They are a religious people but most lack a true understanding of the gospel. The gospel opportunity is great in this fertile land.
What is a mission trip to Jamaica like?
A mission trip to Jamaica is life changing! Our trips are packed with ministry, culture, team bonding, high energy, and growth in your walk with Jesus like never before! We spend a lot of time loving on the people there, a lot of them being kids! We are given opportunities to present the gospel in public school assemblies and host Super Kids Vacation Bible School programs! We also visit orphanages for handicapped children and do street evangelism, church ministry, and light construction work. We get immersed in the culture as we share the love of Jesus Christ with everyone we meet! You’ll get immersed in the culture through Jamaican style food, craft markets, and of course learning Patois!
Trip Length: One week
Trip Cost: $599 plus airfare (Cost includes food, ground transportation, housing, ministry materials, & missionary insurance.)
Required Documents: Passport

As of December 2014, we have officially purchased property in Lambs River, Jamaica! We believe that God has called us to partner with the church there to build a SuperKids Center, missionary housing, and much more! Over the last several years we have had teams come and go and each team has been able to leave a fingerprint behind that has made a positive impact on the church and local community. Many team members return to Jamaica numerous times as the island and it’s people capture the hearts of all who have gone on a missions team there.
